Who are Tom and Joe?
Tom and Joe are a pair of particularly daft twins with a penchant for hunting cats and eating too much. They are based in North Yorkshire but are willing to travel anywhere in the UK and are available for weddings, births, funerals, Christenings, and Barmitzvahs.
Who are (were) Burke and Hare?
Burke and Hare were a pair of notorious grave robbers and body snatchers from the Victorian era. Due to an unfortunate hair length for Tom and Joe's propensity to be a bit daft, they acquired the nicknames Burke and Hare at their local rugby club. A handy moniker as it struck fear into the visiting teams who, quite rightly, were afraid that they could come out of the scrum minus a liver or a kidney perhaps.
Wetherby RUFC
Wetherby is where tom and Joe play Rugby, recently(10th Feb 08) they beat the best team in Yorkshire, Harrogate. the game was hard but Wetherby snatched victory in the end.
The photo above is from the end of season barbecue in April 2008. Tom and Joe were pleased to have been named joint players of the year at tight head and loose head prop.
